I believe that the individuals in my group differ in many ways which nourishes healthy and informative discussions.Sabrina is a hard worker, whose dedication is unwavering and makes her reliable. Megumi is a realistic and objective person who brings interest and difference that ultimately forces healthy conversations.I am very creative and diverse in my imaginative nature.I am helpful and open to all opinions and suggestions. I chose to work with these people in my group because I have known them well enough to know their academic ways. By learning how they complete assignments, I realized I would be great to do this assignment with them. We all have proper work ethic to do this project. I believe we can all work well to complete it successfully. Therefore, we all will work together as a team to accomplish our goals successfully. I like to work with people and be social. The people in my group will allow me to voice my opinions and ideas comfortably. If I did not choose them, I wouldn't be as comfortable working with other people I don't know which would have made it a bit more challenging. I am also a patient listener and a clear communicator, which is needed when working with groups. By all of us working together, we will be able to come up with creative solutions to issues we may have. When we communicate more throughout this project, we will all be able to spot weaknesses we may have and we can help each other strengthen those weaknesses. My skills combined with each of theirs, will be able to strengthen us all. Teamwork is very important for a project like this. This upcoming assignment will be very helpful for future assignments. It will give me a greater idea of their ethic and an overall idea of how we all work on classwork/homework.
